About the role

Our Customer Support Administrators play a vital role in delivering this promise through the efficient and accurate processing of customer mortgage and savings requests.
As a Customer Support Administrator you'll help our customers by processing changes to their mortgage or savings accounts. Tasks are varied and could include ISA transfers, maturity instructions, redemption statements and product transfers. You'll also open new accounts, process name and address changes and update passbooks for customers who are unable to get into a branch or transact online.
It's a fast paced environment and the team process a high volume of queries which can come directly from customers, the branch network or the contact centre. You'll need to complete tasks in line with agreed SLA's and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is key.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Customer service and administration experience with a drive to achieve good customer outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal and professional standards.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work to deadlines within set service standards.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (Inc. Maths & English level 4-9 or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office or in-house computer packages.
- Previous Financial Services experience (desirable but not essential).
