What will I be doing?
Reporting directly into our Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, we're looking for a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager to lead the design and implementation of our new member acquisition marketing strategy, primarily through digital channels. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders across our Commercial and Operations teams, and develop and coach your team, to create online strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate commercial results.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate:
- Formulation and execution of insight-led acquisition marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing
- Evidence of growing businesses through the investment in digital acquisition
- Creating a culture of fast-paced dynamic delivery
- The ability to work and make decisions un-aided and collaborate effectively as part of a wider team
- Embedding a risk management culture that balances commercial goals with regulatory and operational risk compliance
