About the role
We're looking for a Property Project Manager to join our Property and Business Services team.
As a Property Project Manager you will be helping to plan and supervise a wide range of property related projects across the UK. You will be responsible for the organisation of a wide range of construction procedures and where appropriate also manage the design phase of the projects.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A full driving license essential
- Experience in delivering a wide range of property/construction related projects
- Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures ideally with experience of working in the retail sector.
- Demonstrate significant personal resilience to deal with change and setbacks
- Experience in managing professional third-party relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- A Facilities Management or Construction related degree with NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualification would be desirable but not essential.
