IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) (4741)
Do you have 2nd line IT support experience, an analytical and problem solving mindset and experience of working with Microsoft, SAP and SAS?
If so, we have the opportunity for you to join our Technology team as a Platform Run Support Analyst (that's what we call our Second Line Support Analysts internally)
We have a hybrid working model, where you can work 60% from home, with the rest of your time being flexibly based at our brand new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

About the role
You will help to resolve technical issues for our Corporate Team through effective customer service, problem solving, support and guidance. You will also work closely with our 3rd line teams and 1st line Service Desk team, so you'll need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
What will I bring to the role?
- 2/3 years' experience in a 2nd line IT Support environment with exposure to 3rd line elements.
- Experience of analytical triaging of incidents and problem solving in a complex IT environment.
- Working proactively within an outsourced multi-supplier IT environment
- Experience of supporting the management of Major Incidents
- Ideally Level 3 ITIL
