Internal Communications Manager (4718)
We're recruiting a new Internal Communications Manager to join our growing internal communications function at Leeds Building Society.
Sitting within the centre of our organisation in the Strategy and Insights division, you'll support the creation and delivery of the strategic Internal Communications Plan to build understanding and advocacy of the Society's new purpose led strategy and corporate priorities.
You'll take a lead role in the day-to-day running of the team, collaborate with a range of stakeholders and create compelling campaigns and content to inform, engage and motivate our colleagues.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone with a passion for internal communications, who can inspire others with their creativity and get the job done through their tenacity. Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience working in Internal Communications, ideally within financial services or regulated industry
- Experience of people management
- Successful track record of developing and delivering internal multi-media campaigns aligned to business strategy and tailored to diverse audiences, across multiple sites.
- Experience in editorial/writing to a high standard of written English
- Stakeholder management experience (at all levels)
