About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Delivery Manager who is passionate about making a difference in technical system change and business transformation.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of business outcomes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies. You will be working on the successful delivery of change initiatives with both a technical and business focus.
What will you bring to the role?
You will have strong experience in a similar Delivery Manager role involving elements of business transformation and ideally in a Financial Services Tech Change context.
- Experience of working with IT Delivery teams experience involving systems and technical change is highly desirable.
- Experience of scoping and sequencing change activity and mapping dependencies.
- Strong organization and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and work at pace.
- Experience of dealing with and influencing internal stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Understand the value of measuring delivery impact through metrics.
- Experience of working with third parties and being their point of contact.
- Strong planning capability including risk and issue management.
