About the role

We're looking for a HR Data Analyst to join our HR Service Delivery team.

As a HR Data Analyst you will be responsible for developing people analytics, insight and trend analysis to drive organisational development and therefore enabling our leaders to make informed strategic and operational data driven people decisions. 

You will be leading on the production of workforce people analytics and reporting in support of the delivery of our People Strategy, including providing excellent service delivery on data analytics requirements. 

 

What will you bring to the role?

 We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving, within a similar data analytics role
  • A curiosity to explore data and develop trend interpretation and analysis
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and develop relevant people analytics and insight in response
  • Experience of capturing data from multiple sources, assessing for quality, cleansing data and combining to provide insightful analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and statistical knowledge
  • An ability to interrogate and resolve data issues to maintain data integrity
  • Specialist working knowledge of data analysis tools, with PowerBI being highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of creating people metrics is also desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage relationships and engage with customers on data related requirements
