Compliance Specialist (4810)

About the role
We're looking for Compliance Specialist , to join our Compliance team.
As our Compliance Specialist you will be demonstrating best practice oversight of conduct risks and regulatory requirements in order to promote a positive conduct compliance culture across the business
You will be working collaboratively building effective stakeholder relationships with the first line, Quality Assurance and Quality and Competency team to deliver ongoing improvements.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who has:
- Good general understanding of conduct regulation is essential
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards, essential
- Previous experience in considering regulatory requirements and good conduct outcomes in 1st, 2nd or 3rd line role is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- MCOB Handbook knowledge and experience of the application & oversight of MCOB related regulation
