About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager who is passionate about making a difference in a change and business transformation environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our mortgages and core banking delivery stream to help shape, plan and deliver mortgage transformation across the Society.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of business outcomes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple third parties to facilitate delivery. You will be working on the successful delivery of change initiatives with a business focus.
What will you bring to the role?
- You have gained some experience in a similar Business Project or Delivery Manager role.
- Experience of scoping and sequencing change activity and mapping dependencies.
- Strong organization and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and work at pace.
- Experience of dealing with and influencing internal stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Understand the value of measuring delivery impact through metrics.
- Experience of working with third parties and driving delivery against critical outcomes.
- Strong planning capability including risk and issue management.
- A project management qualification or working towards one is highly desirable
- Exposure/understanding of Agile methodology desirable.
