About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst who is looking for a new challenge and is passionate about making a difference in a business transformation environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new high-profile programme to help shape, plan and deliver a new core banking savings & mortgage platform for the society. You'll be joining the team at the early stages of the programme helping to influence our future state.
Our core banking systems are at the heart of what we do. Working within this large complex programme and across several business areas (e.g operational, customer facing & back-office) you will look at our future core banking needs and analyse the impact of vendor selection on our current core banking activities and systems. Working with the Business Architect you will balance the adoption of our new Core system and its processes with our business requirements and operational needs, as well as, supporting the design, testing, business readiness and implementation stages.
What will you bring to the role?
- You are an experienced Business Analyst and have worked throughout the business analysis lifecycle (e.g from requirements gathering to business readiness and delivery).
- You have gained experience of working across several business functions and adept at understanding business concepts.
- Ideally, you would have worked on large complex projects across multiple teams/functions.
- Financial/banking sector experience desirable but not essential.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- BCS qualification desirable but not essential.
