About the role
We're looking to recruit a Project Manager with T-Shaped skills who is passionate about Agile and light touch delivery / project management techniques in a fast-paced change delivery environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our Offline and Back Office Savings Product delivery stream. The role will help shape, plan and deliver a more Agile approach whilst delivering key initiatives across the stream.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of business outcomes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple third parties to facilitate delivery. You will be working on the successful delivery of change initiatives with a business focus.
What will you bring to the role?
- You have gained experience in a similar Agile based Business Project or Delivery Manager role or you may have a mix of project management/Scrum experience.
- Experience of scoping and sequencing change activity and mapping risks/dependencies.
- Strong organization and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and work at pace.
- Experience of dealing with and influencing internal stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Understand the value of measuring delivery impact through metrics.
- Experience of working with third parties and driving delivery against critical outcomes.
- Strong planning capability including risk and issue management.
- Project management and/or agile qualifications or working towards one is highly desirable
