And you can play your part too – join our Third-Party Management team as a Third-Party Operations co-Ordinator and your work will help us drive a digital transformation, moving away from clunky manual processes and spreadsheets towards smart automation and powerful TPM data.
How you'll make a difference
As Third-Party Operations Co-Ordinator you will act in a supporting role to the Third-Party Operations Manager, supporting the delivery of the Third-Party Management (TPM) processes, Third Party assurance framework and systems & MI components within the TPM team.
This will involve collating Third-Party related data from multiple sources, ensuring that the TPM systems and internal files/trackers are accurate and up to date, whilst Co-ordinating of TPM Reporting, ensuring this is accurate and up to date. You will work closely with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to on-board suppliers.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience of drafting correspondence or easy to read procedure documentation
- Good Microsoft Office skills - proficient in using tables on Word and experienced in data inputting onto large Excel spreadsheets and creating and using pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good planning and organising skills to prioritise own workload and meet competing deadlines.
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive but also conscientious to get things right.
- Confidence to engage with and manage numerous different stakeholders
Desirable
- A relevant academic/professional qualification CIPS/AAT or working towards
- Experience in accounting, procurement or third-party management related field
- An understanding of Source to Pay/Contract management systems
