Our Business Analysts are at the heart of this change - collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to shape everything from requirements and process maps to functional specs and acceptance criteria.
Do you bring the expertise we look for in our Business Analysts?
- You're an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background of the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle (from requirements gathering, acceptance criteria to business readiness and delivery).
- Experience of Agile working - SAFe and BDD – make sure this shines through in your CV!
- Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills—you're pragmatic, proactive, and people-focused.
- Significant experience of working on large scale technology-based transformation programmes.
- Experience of working in either financial services, heavy regulated or large corporate environments is essential.
