How you'll make a difference

As a Senior Corporate Account Manager you will further the Society's purpose to put homeownership within reach of more people, generation after generation by ensuring achievement of ambitious growth plans, while maximising revenue growth, market share and long-term relationships.

Driving the strategic performance of the Intermediary Corporate accounts, this senior role is responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive account strategies, developing high-value relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning the organisation as a strategic partner.

By leveraging advanced market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement, the role will play a critical part in driving business success, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring sustainable profitability in a highly competitive market.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Significant experience in managing high-value, intermediary mortgage Corporate Accounts.
  • Strong history of achieving or exceeding targets and/or strategic outcomes. Experience leading teams or projects that deliver exceptional business performance.
  • High-level communication skills, including ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex issues and presenting to executive-level audiences. Ability to lead change and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers contacts within Corporate Accounts, including C-suite executives. Strong network within the intermediary mortgage and broader financial services industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining strategic focus. Strong resilience and adaptability with a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and drive market trends.
  • Change leadership experience, including in cross-functional teams and driving a collaborative culture. Ability to guide and mentor junior team members to flourish within a high-performance environment.
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage products, regulatory frameworks, and the broader financial services market, including emerging trends and their potential impact on the intermediary mortgage landscape
  • Significant experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with a Marketing Team.  Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing disciplines within mortgage intermediary market.

And in return, you'll get the best from us:

  • Car allowance of £5,800
  • Annual bonus of up to 12%
  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme
  • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products
  • 2 days' volunteering per year

We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.
