How you'll make a difference

Focusing on our Cloud migration programme, you'll lead and coach our squads, ensuring we successfully deliver the product roadmap as part of the biggest transformation our business has ever been through.

What will you bring to the role?

• Qualified and experienced Scrum Master with experience in Cloud computing technologies, ideally with Azure
• Ability to successfully collaborate, communicate, influence, and work effectively with a broad cross section of key stakeholders and functional teams, both internal and external
• Expertise in agile delivery management tools, particularly Jira
• Understand how value is delivered and what metrics are used to track this to allow for transparency inspection and adaption
• Understand the value of testing through agile delivery
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and their application within Scrum and Kanban
