How you'll make a difference

As a senior member of the Data team, you'll be a key point of contact for stakeholders across our change, data and analytical functions.  We're rapidly transforming and therefore you'll need to have proven experience in managing data components within large-scale, complex and transformative projects.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong, visible leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply and clearly, share ideas and knowledge with others and challenge in a cross-functional environment.
  • Senior experience of using modern data and analytics technologies sure as Azure/Databricks
  • Advanced SQL, data warehouse design & modelling skills.
  • Ability to interpret user requirements to design & build effective solutions.
