How you'll make a difference
We are on an exciting journey to replace our core banking systems with a more modern SaaS based architecture. You will tech lead the reintegration of our current mortgage origination platform to enable us to pivot to our new core banking ecosystem. As our .NET Azure Development Team Leader you will be mentoring and coaching a cross functional team and fulfilling a ‘Tech Lead' role. You will lead on making the right technical decisions to deliver the appropriate technical designs and will lead on building the right solutions by using your Azure knowledge as well as upskill your team with the new tech stack.
Our tech stack includes .NET Core 3.1, Azure Integration Services (AIS), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, C#, Agile & Web technologies. The role will include some ‘hands on' elements and will require strong experience with C#.NET and Azure integration services. .NET Azure development is a relatively new capability for us and you will have a great opportunity to help us shape and mature this for us.
What you'll bring to the role:
- You are an experienced Dev Team Lead or Tech Lead with a good blend of tech and people mentoring/ leadership skills.
- Strong development background in C#.NET.
- Must have experience with Azure Integration Services (i.e API Management, Azure service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Grid).
- Experience of working in an Agile environment.
