That's why we're pleased to tell you about an opportunity to join our Intermediary Sales team as an Intermediary Team Co-ordinator.

How you'll make a difference:

In this role you'll provide high-quality admin support, planning and coordination across the Intermediary Sales team including diary/travel management and meeting support. You'll maintain key team information including intranet content and reporting to support operational excellence, partner with Quality & Oversight to complete QA checks and support complaints handling within agreed SLAs.  You'll also support financial governance activity including budget tracking, procurement and supplier management in line with internal frameworks.

If you enjoy working on your own initiative and planning and prioritising your own workload in a fast paced environment this is a great opportunity for you to come and work within our busy administration team.

  • Competent numerical skills and strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
